I Am alone staying away from home ,nobody to take care.
I fell sick with heavy diarrhoea since morning, I was unable to move since evening ,so finally opted apollo online consultation, they prescribed medicines , I was unable to go to the pharmacy to buy the medicines. I chose apollo pharmacy online delivery which was supposed to arrive by 11pm. I was waiting and my condition was worsening, and they notified that the medicine will be available the next day mornjng. They have collected money on time .But didnt deliver medicine as promised .What do they expect ? Should we suffer and die ? Mine is just diarrhoea. What if somebody wants medicine urgently in a life and death situation unable to take emergency van or unable to reach hospital.
I Need an immediate action upon this.Not expecting anything in return as funds.Need utmost care when it comes to health. Swiggy zomato delivers it’s products in 10mins -1hour. Why not in terms of medical treatment there is no help,when the sole job of an online pharmacy is just to deliver medicines?
