I am Gopal Singh, my LIC policy numbers are – 246171743 & 246171744, Sir I paid my annual premium Rs-20122/-online through BHIM SBI PAY UPI app on 25-09-2023. But immediately after amount of premium deducted; an error page displayed and neither any intimation was received nor I could download my LIC premium receipt. But already an amount of Rs 20122/- debited from my SBI account no-37261137230.
Sir please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
