I ordered a U.S Polo Assn. Blue Biker Jacket using AJIO app on 31st December which was delivered by ShadowFax on 8th January.
The delivery boy gave the package to my mother at around 4pm since I wasn’t at home. My mother said that he didn’t even ask the delivery code for it and left the area in a hurry.
After I got back home and got the package, it easily opened up as if the seal was sticked with fevicol or something. I didn’t even had to tear to up.
After getting the product out I was shocked to notice that it wasn’t what I ordered. I immediately opened my phone to return the product but to my surprise the delivery boy didn’t confirm the delivery as he didn’t have the delivery code, and so I wasn’t able to do anything about it until he called me at around 8pm to ask me the code.
I was very suspicious of him so I recorded the call and I asked him why he didn’t ask me the delivery code at the time of delivery, but he easily dodged my question by replying that the delivery boy is new and he doesn’t know the process.
I told him that I received the wrong product and he immediately replied that I’d have to tell him the code so that I can place a return request, as if he knew that he did something with the original product.
After that I placed the return request multiple times which was declined. Then I called the customer care number, explained everything to him, after which he replied that he won’t be able to help me with this situation.
The product I got is some cheap Glito Blue Jacket.
