Internet not shifted
I shifted my location two months back, after shifting I submitted a request for an Internet connection location shift on 6 September 2023. After the visit, the engineer told me the Internet box was full so no service could be provided, being left with no option I requested to disconnect my internet connection. it’s been more than two months Airtel Neither shifted my connection nor disconnected the internet. Please Help me close this as I am getting bill reminders for the service I did not use for the past two months.
