Hi Team,
I had placed order on 5th August’2023 for UV Smart Matte sunscreen gel through shared image of the product required for Skin care prescribed by Dermatologist, however Wellness forever team has sent incorrect product.
On 6th August- I called thrice at Customer care of Wellness- I received different statements all three time.
A) Called at 9 am- Executive Said product will be replaced in some time and no need to pay additional amount as bill paid was for right product but delivered incorrect one- Didn’t happened
B) Called at 1 pm – Executive Said Product will be replaced within 2hrs – Didn’t happened
C) Called at Evening 7 pm – Executive Said product can’t be replaced but He will take new order of Rs-757/- – Again different statement
On 7th August 2023- I called again in the night at to Wellness – Executive was not able to help hence he disconnected my call and i tried thereafter calling they did not responded
ON 7th Augusr 2023- I called in morning 9am – Agent was rude and was asking to pay some 790/- I hang up since no supervisor was available at CC on time
Again i called at 12pm to discuss the issue with Supervisor TL Snehal was pathetic as she kept me hold on call for more than 10mins and said that Product is not available..
Again I asked them to check – Now the product was available with Price of 809/- New price with some bug statement of batch changes price changes.- I asked them to replace the order and will pay the difference amount.
They didn’t agreed for the same and asked to place new order and take the product after that they will initiate pick up and will refund the amount.
Need your help here as Wellness forever has took 3 days and not provided right solutions .. want to know the responsible person for any loss happens during the treatment delayed by wellness product not delivered.
