Gujarat Gas Contact Number, Email Id, Office Address

I have called 2 times in gujarat gas customer care number but I can’t get a response from them and they already noted my complaint2 times but i haven’t got any solutions so I want a solution of my complaint.

Date 12/12/2023 i have applied for modification in the gas line at your gujarat gas office OPP. by raiya tele. exchange rajkot,
they give me time and said that they will arrive at your home and modify your line as you say in 45 days or maximum 60 days but today 60 days completed but i haven’t got any response from your side then after i visited office after complete 45 days but there one sir called your employee but they not received call and sir told me that call in customer care number tomorrow they will help you  and i also called 2 times in your customer care number but not got any solution by them and your staff is very stupid 2nd time when i call them one madam received call i tell them my all problem and then after she was asked me that sir you want to know how many amount credited in your account.

Because of this issue the renovation of my  home is pending and all laborers are waiting for the modification of the line so  9624631404(mukeshgiri gulab giri goswami) is my registered mobile number in gujarat gas please find a complaint and give me a response as soon as possible.

i was swnded mail on 13/02/2023 but haven’t get any resposes from their customer care i callled in customer care but thet also didn’t give me proper response and i also visited their office 4 to 5 times but they also didn’t give any responses please do needfull
