Subject: Urgent: Delay in Repair of Godrej AC with E6 Error Code

Dear Godrej Care Customer Service Team,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided for my Godrej air conditioner installed at my residence (House No. 184/I, Dharavi Koliwada, Near T-Junction, Behind Gurudatta Gym, Mumbai – 400017). The AC has been displaying an E6 error code since August 4, 2025. (Service Request Number.00760702)

Details of the Issue
1. Initial Service Visit: A technician visited on August 4, 2025. I paid ₹650 for the visit charge. He stated a small part needed replacement costing ₹650, which I approved.
2. Delay in Part Replacement: The technician assured the part would arrive in 3 days and be replaced. Instead, Mohammad Salim (contact: 9819162454) stated it would take at least 1 week.
3. Further Complications: On August 18, 2025, the service person identified a motherboard issue. He assured resolution within 3 days (“3 days main ho jayega sir”).
4. Current Status: As of September 01, 2025 (28 days since initial visit), there’s been no resolution. Mohammad Salim isn’t responding to calls. Customer care claims to have forwarded the complaint to the service center, but there’s been no follow-up.
5. Now almost 1 month become but this Godrej service person not visited not answering the calls.
6. The person name Mohammad Salim (9819162454) this person is not capable of handling the customers complaints & Solving Problems he is too much busy that from last 10 days i am calling him he is not answering my call and when i called from customer care number then they have connected with conference him (Salim) so he gave the phone to her assistance to speak because he dnt have answer. why godrej keep this kind of person at work.
7. This is my worst experience which i am getting from Godrej.
8. When i Stay in mumbai and the godrej factory is in vikhroli (Mumbai) I dont know still the AC parts which is required it takes time a month to repairs not acceptable from godrej.

Impact
Due to this prolonged delay, I’m facing challenges with a 5-month-old daughter who needs the AC.

Request
I request immediate attention to this matter. Please ensure the AC is repaired as soon as possible. I expect a prompt response regarding the actions to be taken to resolve this issue.
