Dear Godrej Customer Care,

I am extremely disappointed with Godrej’s service. I purchased a Godrej AC which became faulty, and I registered a complaint [Complaint No: 00850765 ] on [Date: 14/08/2025]. It has now been 9 days, and shockingly, no technician has visited or even contacted me for repair.

This level of negligence from a reputed company like Godrej is unacceptable. My family is suffering in this unbearable heat due to your inaction.

If my complaint is not resolved within the next 48 hours, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter to:
