Complaint on rapido for over charging and bad customer care
I was charged twice for the ride that I took on 17april from karimnagar busstand to my home which is 5km away the fair is 64rs
I tried reaching the costumer care they don’t care at all they don’t even give appropriate answers to the concern the costumer has ,they close the query tickets on their own saying the issue is resolved even with out knowing the issue.
