I have made a recharge of Tata Play Fiber+OTT connection on 25th August 2023, I was promised by the technician if a pay for 12 months I will get 60 days extra validity. I had purchased the plan of 500Mbps + 26 OTT app subscription. When the technician had installed the internet connection I had check on multiple devices but I was not getting the proper speed which I should be getting as per the plan, I informed the technician about that even he tried but was not able to resolve that and left and told me to raise a complaint if the connection does not become proper in few hours. I had raised the complaint regarding the speed issue through Tata play mobile application multiple customer care executive tried to solve it but they were unable to resolve the issue, they even assigned a technician but after several visits even the technician was not able to resolve the issue, Tata play team marked the issue resolved without even asking my consent for same complain (Ticket number :- C-6793629).
I was also promised extra 60 days validity if recharge for 12 months, even after raising a complaint I was told to wait for 48 hours, it has been 1 week but still there is no response from Tata Play fiber team (Ticket number :- C-6790095).
As per my internet plan Internet+OTT apps, I should have access to 26 OTT application, I did not get subscription for any of the OTT applications, I made a complaint regarding same but there is no response from Tata Play team on same (Ticket number :- C-6785016 and C-6785017), the customer executive even close the complaint without my consent.
During installation I was if any of the promises are not full filled I would get full refund, but since they are not able to resolve any of the complaints when I asked for disconnection and full refund I was denied saying they do not have a refund policy.
I am dissatisfied by the service provided by Tata Play team and do not want to use their service and want to discontinue their connection and want my full refund.
