I ordered a kurta set from a website named “Kahaani Closets” (order number: #KC8713) on October 20, 2024. I received the order a week later through Bluedart. I paid to the delivery guy Rs 1599 but when I opened the order, it was a pink cloth instead of the purple kurta set.

I asked for a return and refund. I received a mail back with a contact number. To my disappointment, when I tried calling on that number, a guy picked up and asked me to fill out a Google Form where he asked me to fill out my UPI pin along with my contact number. I got scared and hung up since I was clear that it was a scam. I also rebooted my phone due to the fear of phone cloning since I clicked on the google link that he provided. 

Please help me get my money back. You can easily block the payment to the website and refund my money since I paid through Bluedart.

The Honorable Consumer Court,
 
I am filing a formal complaint against Airtel’s Funzone service (5924102) due to unauthorized charges on my account and Airtel’s failure to respond to my earlier complaint.
 
Recently, I was unknowingly charged for spam calls initiated by the Funzone service, resulting in a bill of ₹1500. These charges were applied on a per-minute basis without my consent or prior notice. As a long-time Airtel customer, I find this practice deceptive and financially harmful, especially for elderly users.
 
Despite emailing Airtel customer support, I received no response. I request the Consumer Court to:
 
1.Investigate Airtel’s Funzone service and the unauthorized charges.
2.Direct Airtel to refund the ₹1500 charged to me.
3.Ensure Airtel improves its transparency and response to customer complaints.
 
I have attached a copy of the bill highlighting the charges.
