DigiSaathi: Helpline for Lodging Complaints Against Banks, Digital Payments, and Financial Institutions
DigiSaath is a joint initiative of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), a consortium of Payment System Operators, and Participants (banks & non-banks). It provides information and assistance on India’s digital payment products and financial services. DigiSaath also has integrated helpline numbers to register a financial complaint and chatbots for financial and digital literacy.
