I had ordered some pen refills sold by the seller Ondesk on December 3, 2023 worth ₹ 500/- They had opted for Ecom Express as their courier service.
For the past 15 days, they didn’t even care to deliver my order. When I contacted to the Ecom Express team, they told me they are trying to deliver the product asap. And that’s it. Since then, there are no replies and 5 days have passed. Today, I have received a mail that my product is delivered although I didn’t receive my product in my hand. Fraudsters. They don’t even care to send the delivery man’s name or any details. The status shows delivered but I didn’t receive the product.
I am so irritated and disappointed with these fraudsters.

Dear Ecom express:
Please watch the video of Delivery person misbehavior with us during the delivery.
This is how the delivery person delivered our parcel when I asked him to come inside the house and leave it at the door. The AWB number is 3254148500.
He was abusing us before we started taking the video and threatened to come beat us up and threw the parcel.

today i am Ravindra Kumar (Pan No:-BGLPK6024Q) watching my cibil score and i have found 1 gold loan of Rs. 30000/- onened dated 22-03-2024, which is not taken by me. gold loan a/c no is showing XXXX2733 kindly resolve my issue. it is very bad that which loan i was not taken you are showing in my cibil without proper checking. it is very panic to me. if this query is not resolve than i have to move forward for necessary action like consumer court etc.
resolve my issue immediately.

Money deducted from my account without notification and lack of transparency

I am writing to express my concern regarding an unexpected deduction from my account. An amount (47K) has been charged under the description “DC INTL POS TXN MARKUP ST”, which I do not recognize or recall being informed about.

I am highly disappointed with this lack of transparency in charges. As a customer, I believe it is essential to be notified about such fees in advance. This incident has left me reconsidering my association with the bank.

Please look into this matter urgently and provide a detailed explanation for these charges. I request a reversal if they were made in error. I look forward to your prompt response.
