  1. I have an issue with one of your delivery executives in Thevara Cochin named Nafir . He had wrongly delivered my courier packet to someone else and I had been taking up the matter with the vendor .
    Nafir came to me with another Delhivery employee named Surumi with a sob story that Delivery would fire him from the job if he did not pay Rs1000 immediately. He and Surumi told me that he was in dire straits and had no means of paying the money and asked me for a loan which I gave him on the promise that he would return it when he recd his next salary .In the meantime the lost packet was found .
    Nafir doesn’t return my calls and has not returned my money .
