Harassment from technician from company of netplus
I had raised complaint to netplus team for change of modem , it’s been 2 months they haven’t changed. When called them to do so they provided 4-6hrs time to resolve the complaint. When called to technician he says monday tak hojayega since 2 months , when called on Saturday 2nd march 2024, technician used abusive language and disconnected the call.
Netplus company is providing to pathetic and harassing the customer for service. After lots of pain i’m raising this to legal portal i want this to be resolved on prior.
