Refund not processed after specified tenure
I have booked car in zoomcar, initially they show car in good condition with fake image and low price, once I booked, owner called me to cancell because car condition was not good, again I tried booking another, car location was same, so o cancelled, I was supposed to get money in 5-7 working days. But after 13 days, no refund , I tried contacting customer support, but the chatbot option is not good, no customer care number, they are just delaying the payment, I saw in social media it happened with serval other also. Pls do something.
