Regarding refund
I made bus booking on 04/10/2023 from baskhari to noida. In the evening iwhen i call the bua driver where the bus reached they told me that bus was cancelled due to some problems and u will get ur refund within 2-3 days …its has been more than 10 days … but they didn’t respond till date when I called Phonepay customer care number they said lakshaya bus operator have declined the refund . But it was completely lakshaya bus driver fault even operator switch off his phone and I didn’t got any message regarding bus
