Respeted sir ..on a smytten app..ive purchased 2500g of yogabar almonds 345rs each,and 2250g of yogabar pumpkin seeds 165rs each,2250g of yogabar sunflower seeds 105rs each,and 1.5kg of quinoa 449rs..but when i received the parcel with AWB number 11675109369896 through delhivery logistics..i received only 2250g of sunflower seeds and not received the almonds ,pumpkin seeds and quinoa..so when i contacted the smytten consumer care for so many times through mail they refunded the 263rs only for pumpkin seeds..when i asked about refund for almonds and quinoa they are not responding..i lost my money to them..im yet to receive 690rs for almonds and 449rs for quinoa..they are not responding to refund my amount..kindly resolve the issue sir

got a random message on whatsapp asking for me completing task which will pay me inr 50. For 3 days they gave me around 100 tasks of simply adding things to cart and they paid me around inr 3000 for that after 3 days they started giving me prepaid tasks and gave me profit of 30% on inr 6000 and 3000 respectively. But the next day they asked me to pay inr 5000 which i paid and they said i lost it and if i wanted it back i need to pay inr 15000 more and i paid them again. Afted that they told me i have made some mistake and i need to pay inr 20000 more which will settle the whole amount for me and again i paid them because on the telegram group there were more people who were doing the tasks and getting paid so i thought that i made some mistake. At last they asked me to pay inr 30000 more and complete the settlement for which they will pay me inr 89000 but again they said that i made some mistake and i lost my money atlast they asked me inr 60000 which i didn’t have and i lost total of inr 55000 and after that they blocked me and i got to know about the fraud. I still have their links and in that link there is balance of inr15000 i want to withdraw it but i don’t know how can i do

was approached by this lady to do task 1 to 20 in which they give you 4 tasks which are so called prepaid when I did the task 3 and task 7 so they refunded my money and when I did the task 13 I was told to pay 20000 or else I won’t get my money back I did end up paying the money after that they were supposed to pay me plus 33,800. 3000 i get back when time came to pay me back they but when they had to pay me 30,800 they said my account was frozen they are still carrying out these operations they told me pay 50,000. i got myself under huge debt because of these people

Dear Voltas team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service provided by your service center in Etah regarding my Voltas AC.
On April 10th, I entrusted my malfunctioning AC to your service center, as it was experiencing cooling issues due to gas leakage. I was assured by your representative, Irfan, that the issue would be resolved within two days. However, despite numerous follow-ups on my end, including contacting ASM Vishal on April 17th around 6 PM, the promised resolution was not delivered.
Moreover, the situation took an unacceptable turn when Irfan, upon being contacted again later that day, resorted to using abusive language. I have attached a call recording wherein Irfan can be heard using inappropriate language towards me. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially considering that Voltas is a reputable brand under the TATA group.
It is deeply concerning to see that the service center prioritized financial gain over providing quality service and maintaining a respectful demeanor towards customers. I sincerely hope that appropriate action will be taken against the Etah service center to address these issues and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
Furthermore, I expect to be informed about the actions taken in response to my complaint and the measures implemented to ensure better service standards going forward. It is also disheartening to learn that my present complaint, lodged via mobile number 9599087077, was inaccurately closed by the service center without providing a satisfactory solution. This further highlights the need for improved accountability and transparency in your operations.
I am attaching callrecording and AC bill for your reference.
I trust that you will take swift and decisive action to rectify this situation and restore my faith in Voltas as a reliable and customer-centric brand.

The delivery boy took more money than the bill
I had placed an order through meesho, the bill for which was 1164. However at the time of delivery the delivery personnel showed us a bill from their side to be of 2328. Since I wasn’t present at the time of receiving this product, the person who did so paid the extra amount. Upon reaching home I got to know of the situation. Their actual printed invoice was inside of the packaging, which showed 1164.
Upon contacting the delivery boy they told me that the bill they have is of 2328 and asked me to talk to meesho. Upon talking to meesho, they said you should’ve checked our bill at the time of delivery and refused to help. However at the time of delivery, we were shown a different bill.
Understanding that since it’s a delivery partner issued by them they should be clear with the bills. I have no problem with the product, i just want my extra amt refunded.
